2BR Condo, 4 miles away from HB pier, HB5C

We only had this air bnb for two nights. Immediately upon entering there was a bug infestation all over the condo. Kitchen, beds, linen closet, hallway, etc.. It was so prevalent throughout the condo that even sitting and having water, ants were crawling on my hand and Stanley. On top of that the bath tub was clogged with used water. We reached out and were told bug spray would be delivered and a cleaner would come the next day. The bug spray took over an hour and the next day nobody came to clean the condo or change the sheets from ants. We were very disappointed. Nobody would answer the phone so if you have issues good luck. The only way I was able to get ahold of them was through another listing they had on Airbnb I was able to message the host. If you want to bring bugs back home then this is the spot for you!

It’s very clean and fresh, the beds are so comfortable, bright and airy. Lots of extra pillows and comforters, very large bedrooms and location is great! Almost Next door to Bella Terra Shopping Center, movie theater, Whole Foods market , and many different cultures restaurants . Best of all they have super nice and convenient customer service. This is the place to be! *****
