We were not given check in instructions two days prior. When I messaged the owner I got generated messages back discussing parking and rules and only after the 4th message when I said that this must be a joke did I get the check in instructions 2 days after our expected check in date. I also tried to call VRBO on our check in date and didn’t get anyone to help me.
